PRIVACY

Clear boundaries for website data.

Interactive samples stay in the browser. Consultation, quotation and Problem Intake data is transmitted only when a deployment explicitly configures the corresponding endpoint.

CURRENT DATA BOUNDARY

Know what the interface does before you use it.

01

Browser-local interactions

Sample experiences, calculators, analytics events and review states remain browser-local unless a feature clearly reports a configured submission.

02

Configured submission

Lead and Problem Intake requests use explicit runtime endpoints. Blank configuration means nothing is transmitted; configured deployments must define retention, access and CRM/storage handling.

03

Portal identity

Portal sign-in uses deployment-supplied OIDC configuration. Access tokens are kept in browser session storage rather than persistent local storage.

04

AI endpoint

The live AI experience sends prompts only when a deployment supplies an AI endpoint. Local sample experiences do not call a model.
